NATCA CPS represents the air traffic controllers working at the St. Louis Downtown Airport (CPS) Air Traffic Control Tower. With the Parks College of Aviation & Engineering and their approximately 30 aircraft on the airport, it can get busy! We handle over 170,000 aircraft operations a year.

Air traffic control services at the St. Louis Downtown Airport are provided by Federal Aviation Administration.

Note: Parks College has a high volume of student traffic in the area who use 123.5 for aircraft position advisories outside of the class "D" airspace. Feel free to make position reports if in the area. Use caution for Intensive Flight Training, Banner Towing, Helicopter Ops, Military Ops, and Airship Operations. Deer and migratory waterfowl on and in the vicinity of the airport. Right traffic runways 12R and 30R when ATC Tower is closed.
